Change of mind
If you purchase an item from us, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to make sure you are happy with your purchase. If you do change your mind, you can return your item(s), unused and fully packaged, to our store for a full refund. If you require collection, this can be arranged at an additional fee.
If there is a problem with your purchase
If something you buy from us develops a functional fault within 30 days of receipt, we can arrange a free repair with the manufacturer for you, or we can offer a replacement, exchange, or refund.
If a fault occurs after 30 days of receipt, and within the initial manufacturer warranty period, we recommend contacting the manufacturer who will arrange for an engineer to assess and repair the appliance. The initial warranty period is typically 12 months but varies amongst manufacturers. Please refer to your product instructions for manufacturer contact details as well as the terms and conditions of the warranty they provide.
