The TKED64INDW is a 60cm freestanding double oven cooker in white with an induction hob, suited to households that want faster hob cooking without moving to a built-in hob and separate oven. A 68L main oven sits below a 31L second cavity.
The induction hob is the standout feature. Its four zones are rated 1200-1500W, 1200-1500W, 1800-2100W and 2300-3000W, each with a booster, and the largest zone will bring a full pan to the boil considerably quicker than a radiant ceramic equivalent. Because the heat is generated in the pan base rather than the glass, the response to turning the setting down is immediate, and anything spilled is far less likely to bake onto the surface.
Having two cavities keeps everyday cooking efficient. The 31L upper oven takes on grilling and smaller trays, so there is no need to heat 68L of main oven for a quick job, and the two can run at different temperatures when a full meal demands it. Five cooking functions are available between them.
Both cavities use easy-clean enamel linings and the door glass is removable for washing. A grill pan and two chrome wire shelves are included. External dimensions are 59.5cm wide, 60.0cm deep and 90.0cm high, net weight is 47.6kg, the published energy rating is A, and warranty cover runs to two years with registration.
